Registration is now open for the Canadian Meat Goat Association’s (CMGA) Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will be held on February 26, 2024 by webinar.
The board of directors will give a free online access to this event to all CMGA members and industry partners from across Canada. It is a chance for everyone to come together to learn more about the CMGA activities and programs and share thoughts with directors and staff. The event will include the presentation of the Treasurer, committees and General Manager reports as well as a brief review of the Strategic Plan. There are also some amendments to the CMGA bylaws to vote on. The meeting will also provide moments where participants will be able to ask questions, post comments and suggestions.
You have to register to participate to the meeting. To register follow THIS LINK and fill the registering form no later than February 21st for you to receive the link to attend the meeting.
You can’t attend the meeting and would like to have your voice heard, fill this proxy form to delegate somebody else to attend the meeting if you cannot participate. The proxy should be returned to the CMGA office no later than 8 pm Eastern time on February 23, 2024.
Annual reports will be distributed electronically to everyone who registered to the meeting. Meeting link and other instructions will be sent at registration.
