Les r\u00e8glements de l\u2019ACCB stipulaient que les documents requis pour le transfert d\u2019un animal devaient \u00eatre envoy\u00e9s au registraire dans les 6 mois suivant la vente. Cela semait la confusion chez les vendeurs et les acheteurs car d\u2019autre part, la <strong>LGA<\/strong> exige que l<strong>e certificat des animaux transf\u00e9r\u00e9s soit entre les mains de l\u2019acheteur dans les 6 mois suivant la vente<\/strong>. Les statuts se lisent d\u00e9sormais :<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0cm; background: white; box-sizing: border-box; margin-bottom: 0.9rem; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #003a6d;\">\u00ab En cas de vente d\u2019un animal ou de la participation dans la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019un animal, la Loi sur la g\u00e9n\u00e9alogie des animaux stipule que\u00a0<strong style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;\">tous les animaux vendus \u00e0 titre d\u2019animaux enregistr\u00e9s soient transf\u00e9r\u00e9s officiellement par le vendeur et que le certificat d\u2019enregistrement soit pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019acheteur dans les six mois qui suivent la date de la vente<\/span><\/strong>. Sauf convention contraire, la date de vente est la date de paiement int\u00e9gral du ou des animaux.
