• Nomination Form for CMGA Board of Directors
  Form to nominate a Director to the Board of the Canadian Meat Goat Association. Nominees must be current CMGA members in good standing.
• CMGA Judges Report of Activities
  Judges must submit this completed form to the CMGA office by March 31st of each year.
• Juges de l’ACCB rapport d’activités
  Les juges ont la responsabilité de soumettre ce formulaire complet au Bureau de l’ACCB au plus tard le 31 mars de chaque année.
• Formulaire officiel de demande d’accréditation par l’ACCB
  Le Formulaire officiel de demande d’accréditation par l’ACCB et une copie des classes prévues doivent être envoyés au Bureau de l’ACCB pour approbation au moins 30 jours avant la date de l’exposition.
• Demande d’enregistrement
  Poster à la Société canadienne d’enregistrement des animaux.
• Application for registration
  New registration application form to be submitted to CLRC.
• Application d’adhésion de l’ACCB
  Pour rejoindre l'ACCB, envoyez cette application à la Société canadienne d'enregistrements des animaux.
• CMGA Membership Application
  To join the CMGA, send this application to Canadian Livestock Records Corporation.
• Official CMGA Show Sanctioning Application
  To be filled out by Show Committee and received by the CMGA a MINIMUM of 30 days in advance of the show.
• Report of Awards / Rapport des classements
  The Report of Awards, with accompanying show program, must be submitted to the Canadian Meat Goat Association Office within 60 days of the conclusion of the show in order to maintain sanctioning and ensure future sanctioning. / On doit envoyer le Rapport des classements, accompagné du programme de l’exposition, au bureau de l’ACCB dans les 60 jours suivant la conclusion de l’exposition afin de maintenir la reconnaissance de l’ACCB et d’assurer l’avenir de cette reconnaissance.
• Official Health Check Form for CMGA Sanctioned Shows
  This form is to be read and signed by the designated veterinarian or a committee of 3 members in good standing of the CMGA.
